F11 Button is Giving me a Blank/Grey Screen

If you are taken to a blank/grey screen when loading an offline exe (e.g. Instructor Led training module), it is likely that you are using an out of date version of Internet Explorer.

Downloading and installing the most up to date version of IE11, Edge or Chrome, will most likely resolve this issue.
